The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get the picture?

At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can copy their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
