One possible solution

You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

How does the employee get their photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
