You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
