What should be achieved?

You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified position on the final image.

The image output can take place simultaneously in different sizes.

At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can copy their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
