The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You can position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in many forms at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
