The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

How does the employee get the picture?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Alternative uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
