The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional human resources staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves 100% with their own employee photo.
The personal photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in the size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in different forms.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be immediately included in the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the company employees to choose to also get their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is adopted immediately.
