The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimum format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
