The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to get their picture digitally.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
