The employees in your company have the chance to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

How does the employee get the picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various sizes for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's inbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
