What should be achieved?

The solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get the photo?
