The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the optimal format, detached from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
