What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees on site are not required.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth, similar to the photo booth, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then subsequently becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also identified, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in various sizes.
So you always have the right photo for
Outlook, XING, WhatsApp & Co, Instagram, the CRM system, LinkedIn, Facebook
etc. lying ready.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Other possible uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following possible uses:

• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour
• Photo attraction at customer events & congresses
• Creation of biometric passport photos and ID photos

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for €650 + €1/employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
