What should be achieved?
The employees in your company get the chance to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the company employees to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is shown on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

It goes without saying that there is also the option of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
