One possible solution

You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can copy their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this route only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
