What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes periodically (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
