The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in many dimensions.
So you always have the ideal photo for
Instagram, XING, Twitter, the CRM system, Outlook, LinkedIn
etc. at hand.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The investment for buying a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
