What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock with 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen and as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can be done in many dimensions at the same time.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his image as a file.

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
