The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee will be visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their photo digitally.

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
