The use of a photo box for employee photos

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backrounds specified by you. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original image and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
