The mission goal

The field staff in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image can be output in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the best possible photo for

etc. within easy reach.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position can be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get the picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to receive his photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.

Other possible uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”

The need for investment

The cost of purchasing a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
