The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, similar to the photo booth.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various dimensions.

How does the employee get his picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get their picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
